Tips for a yoga-flow state at work
Connect mind-body-being back together with intentional focus throughout the work day.
Taking a few moments to go outside, connect with the outdoors. Maybe this become a walk around the walk, a moment to sit and feel nature around you.
Close your eyes and take just 3 breaths.
Take a computer break. Literally stand up for a few minutes… see where this takes you.
Give your eyes a break. Look away from your screen at something in the distance for a few minutes and let your eyes re-calibrate. You can also do a few eye exercises to help with dry eye by closing your eyes and moving your eyes around clockwise a few times, counter-clockwise, up/down, side to side and then try to “draw” an “x” with your eyes closed. This helps with the nerves connecting to your brain and is also helpful for your mind to de-stress.
